Our Team
Owner, Andrew McMonnies joined Allambie Marble Crafts 19 years ago to undertake his apprenticeship and then went on to purchase the business in January 2014.
The business has continued to grow at a remarkable rate and is now the largest stone manufacturer on the Northern Beaches and highly sought after in greater Sydney. The AMC team currently consists of 12 employees, 5 qualified stonemasons and 5 currently completing their stone masonry degrees.
AMC has earned a stellar reputation across Sydney for a meticulous attention to detail, superior craftsmanship, efficiency, reliability and friendly service. Andrew and the team regard these qualities as the core values to long-term business success, a competitive advantage and the reason we have high client and staff retention. Management Team
Andrew
Andrew is the director of Allambie Marble Crafts with over 20 years’ experience as a Stone Mason, Andrew completed his apprenticeship in 2004 through the NSW TAFE.
Sylvelin
Sylvelin is the Finance & Administration Manager and the former joint partner of Allambie Marble Crafts, Sylvelin brings over 25 years’ experience in this position and industry.
Phillip
Phillip is our Director of Operations with over 20 years of experience as a qualified stonemason, Phil overseas all aspects of our business from customer relations, measuring, installations and manufacturing he is more than capable to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Sean
Sean is our fully qualified Factory Manager with over 10 years of experience. Sean has done his apprenticeship with us, and has been trained to produce nothing but the best for our customers. He is now passing his knowledge on to our newest set of apprentices to keep the quality continuing into the future.
Isaac
Isaac is our CNC operator. He is a fully qualified stonemason with over 10 years experience. He has done his apprenticeship with us and knows the quality of work that has to be produced. His skills in slab economics and vein matching of natural materials are some of the best in the industry.
Suzie
Suzie is our newest member in the office at Allambie Marble with 25years experience in administration and sales she is more than capable of any job put in front of her being from dealing with clients, sourcing and ordering natural granites and marble and making sure our clients are kept informed about the progress of there new benchtops and to answer any questions they might have.
Timothy
Tim is well known for his calm and well-mannered nature. His can-do attitude has been greatly welcomed to the AMC onsite division. He has been involved with some of our greatest and largest projects from wall paneling to marble fireplaces. Tim’s level head and practical way of thought are just some of many feathers to his hat.
Ryan
Ryan has 8 year’s experience as a stonemason starting with AMC. Ryan has the ability to either run our state of the art CNC bridge saw, create a stone curve, or integrated sink. When we have a high detail stone creation, Ryan is always up for the task.
Lucas (Install Team)
Lucas has been with AMC for 10 years specialising in high end installations. Including fireplaces, wall panelling, kitchens, and anything else you can imagine. Lucas has been involved in the installation of all AMC’s award winning projects. His calm nature and advanced problem solving skills are some his strongest attributes.
Jaiden
Jaiden is our can do guy. Jaiden has been with us for 5 years. He is highly skilled in our CNC operations. He can create custom profiles and does the shaping for all our highly detailed projects. Jaiden also has vast experience in our water treatment plant and the management of this machinery, keeping the recycled water clean for recirculation.
